This dry version of a Jerk Rub can easily be mixed with Orange Juice (or any fruit juice of your choice), Soy Sauce and Vegetable oil to create the perfect marinade. You can Jerk Chicken, Pork, Beef , Lamb or even vegetables like Potatoes and Cauliflower.
